Nice location at the sea, more suitable for families with kids than for couples
Nice location at the seaside, quiet and good to relax. We stayed at a weekend and the hotel was more or less completely booked. The buffet dinner was in our view ok with a good choice of dishes, though it is kind of busy and is more suitable for families with kids than for those who intend to enjoy a romantic/decent dinner à deux. The Onsen was kind of average, nothing special, nothing bad.
We had booked a room with seaview but were given one without. Instead they handed us a coupon of 1000 Yen each to be used in the restaurant. When we insisted on the room with seaview, it was changed but we had to return the coupons. Honestly, we thought it was a "nice try". As in many Japanese hotels, the bathroom facilities could benefit from a renewal (though it was clean). We had a Japanese Style rooms with Tatami mats. You have to prepare the futons by yourself, which is ok but one has to know it.

Good
Sea view, footpath to the beach, sunset, onsen bath. grand scale of the place. I thought it might be faded glory as some of these huge old hotels can be a little tired out, but this looked fresh & contemporary.
Buffet dinner is insanely expensive, all you can eat, but I couldn't eat enough to make it worth it.

super nice kids friendly resort
super helpful staff, they organize the shuttle bus to pick up at the train station, and send us back to the bus station. super kids friendly! the play ground is amazing. breakfast is amazing, so many choices, next time we should also include the buffer for dinner! the restaurants on site is also very good in quality and in price!
the room is clean but facilities quite used, especially bathroom is smelly a bit… it makes us not comfortable..
